How should categorize this? Front and back of a satellite dish receiver head.

When I went to Boardsort, they only gave me Low Grade Peripheral for my satellite boards.

They are the buyer. They have the final evaluation.
I am relatively new to e -scrap.
I can't say why. Probably just not enough ICs. Just a guess.
Just not enough overall value in the board.
Here to learn like everybody else.
My evaluations are my own opinion

Looking at the very top picture, would separating the bottom board from the top board give the bottom board more value? I did this with a similar type board to be graded. It went from a Mid grade board for both boards to a PHG for just to bottom part. Am I missing something?

No. I do not think you are missing anything.
There are strategies to getting the most money out of a submission.
It's sort of. Value per square inch.
So when you separated two boards. One had more value per square inch than the other. Thus. Two evaluations. Yet. The whole board was different.
Cleaning is a common method to increase value. Getting rid of junk.
Some do an opposite approach. Grab valuable ICs out of sockets. Knowing overall. The grade will not go down. Yet they got IC chips for the IC chip category.
I know I would have probably separated those boards. I mail in exclusively and avoid mailing Mid or Low Grade. The better grade boards help pay the postage. Mid and Low are little help.
So. You have to do some clever math calculations on what you are doing. Even labor costs. To get value out of your PCBs.
Here to learn like everybody else.
My evaluations are my own opinion.
