 Post subject: Need help grading boards

Can any of these boards go as telecom grade? Pic 1 Unk switch board, has gold connextors on side, gold pins on board, and IC's. Pic's 2, 3, 4 are from Medical Infusion Pump. Pic 5 is a board from a hand held learning system.

The medical boards will be graded as Telecom but the learning pad will be a peripheral grade board.
