Out of a server. Small fingers. Otherwise seems like backpane. If backplane I can snip the fingers?

Anytime it has a finger it goes as finger card. I usually cut all my fingers as I have a different out for them, but I'll sometimes cut fingers off backplanes because they used to be priced not far from the finger cards. Now motherboards with fingers, in the past I was able to put them with finger cards, then some time ago I was told this was wrong and they go to their grade of mobo.
