So these are green both sides... They are usb ports some have a audio on it as well.... Then there is a floppy in the top left also the one at the bottom with the wire is green both sides... I have tons of gold cards do i have to remove the metal piece?

i believe all those will be Peripheral..but the one with metal i believe that to be gold finger card i will need to see the top view to be sure.if it is a gold finger card you dont need to remove the metal...

also if the one with the wire {looks like a power switch}is Peripheral but remove the wire 1st...

All Peripheral. The one with the bracket unfortunately is not a Gold Finger Card. It is just a mounting point for the ports which would then have a cable running to the motherboard.
