1/2 -peripheral board, Remove the bulky heat spreaders (heat sinks)

3- low grade board, *you could remove the bigger ICs and keep same grade* ICs would go as IC category

4 - low grade board, Try to remove the Aluminum heat spreaders, they're pretty bulky; they're only attached by little tabs you can put a flat head behind and pry off
