the computer engineering student decided to clean his room up, so i got all his junk. Lucky me, so here's what i ended up with. I tried only to take both sides of boards when both sides had stuff on them. I know there is a network board with the wifi card in a set. there is a big shield (guess that's what it is called) that is soldered to the board. Does it need to be un-soldered?

And a pentium ceramic.
The boards: large one is backplane, plus gold finger card and a peripheral

which processor is the AMD ceramic? in the same set, you have 4 boards listed, but only 3 in pic, so i am assuming that the large one is backplane, the one with the shield is the gfc, and the other is periph. do i need to unsolder the shield off the gfc for clean gfc. as always thanks for your help.

Fixed.
The shield needs to come off for clean gold finger card.
