Let us discuss these as a learning process before I make a fine grade. Which I may change by the end of the day.
To be a motherboard it must have a processor socket. (Or a soldered BGA processor).
And
It must have a co-processor socket and/or a bridge chip (board based controller)

It must have internal expansion
It must have internal connectors AND external connectors
It must have ram sockets or soldered ram.
Among other qualities not explicitly designated

Left
Processor
Bridge
Ram sockets
Internal connectors (SATA and usb)
External connectors
But no internal expansion
The lands and etching is there for an expansion port but the port was not added.
My guess is this is a printer or a POS/Thin Client board

We have a bridge chip AND a co-processor

Internal connectors
We can bend the rules to get the external connectors here given the above.
Here we have no cpu socket and no cpu. The low profile socket doesn’t appear to be a processor socket either. More in line with a PCI low profile socket.
Without a standard cpu I again see this as a dedicated use board. This may even be a low end laptop with a CPU in Code implementation but I don’t believe so. Regardless:

I’m strongly debating these both. They are VERY close to small socket green.
Based on the rules/requirements and years of this; I’m forced at the moment to treat these like most video game and thin client main boards.

Curious to know, if you know. What the right board is.
The ATI video chip and a standard intel 3rd party bridge. A fair amount of ram soldered. And a bunch of small dedicated roms. Leaves me seriously confused.

Obviously not the case but it’s almost like someone forgot a CPU. Lmao.

I think this board came out of one of those all in one Apple computer. Here is a pic of bottom of board
