Low telco. (They May or m/n upgrade it)
Large socket
Bus, connectors, audio ribbon, and controller: cd/dvd it is.

There’s 2 issues with that borderline 3rd card. First is the low end CCI manufactured ports.
Second is a mix of mid range TI chips and their outsourced (and somewhat more valuable) AMD counterparts.
