What Category will these Trimmed Finger Video Cards go in?

Note: In the photo: Green Card on the left, Blue Card on the right.
Both Cards have had the gold fingers Trimmed off, as well as the interface connectors and mounting bracket removed, along with the heat sink and fan.
No chips have been removed.
