 Post subject: ID Chips please

I have a large assortment of these chips but they don't have any fingers on them only metal and what looks like to be optics. Also I'm wondering what the sport is with the copper wheel.

Looks like gutted caps to me. Like someone pulled the heavy caps from the sparc chips or the like.
You’ll need to ask Chris about this. I’ve no idea where to place them. In fact I’d be asking Chris myself.

I’m almost positive those are just caps. Like the top one, looks like a good chunk of the CPU was left behind.
