Never seen one of these before. What is it and what do I group it as?

There is a little bit of cleaning to do on this one. Remove the board that has the screen. The larger board is Peripheral. The smaller board (once you removed the screen from that one) looks mid-grade.

leave the quad chip in the socket.
If you can carefully remove the screen from the green board it's on; the whole board-pair will probably go telco.
if not you're looking at peripheral (minus screen).

That said:
Boardsort doesn't take the screen but there are special buyers on the internet buy them. Those old sealed glass screens have platinum, rhodium, and silver; among other precious and rare earth metals.
If you leave the screen on the green board, snip the plastic stand posts...:
Attached to the original board, they sell dead for about $10-25 each, (Much) more if they're working. The base will still go peripheral.
