Both are gold cap boards.

Top pic gently gently try to pop it loose. That's a cx80z486 and would go 486 class. they have short pins... usually in a tight grouping near the centre.
Don't break it though. The seal bond used in most cases make contact cement look weak.

Lower pic you have two socketed ics you can remove. If the pins are silver they're ic class. If gold p4/mac ceramic. old eproms.

The Motorola is most likely a soldered bga. Not coming loose and not worth the trouble. They weigh almost nothing (but look really nice).

Thanks Bro. Both cpu on the boards are soldered. The bottom board had another Motorola cpu socketed which I popped up. The ic chips are silver legged.

Silver legs go IC class unless they have gold caps.

Can leave them in. Gold cap board rate is higher at the moment than ic alone rate.
