There seems to be a lot of gold components on this board. What would be the grade as is?

It appears as if the contents are similar to clean cell phone boards. I would consider anywhere between telecom and clean cell phone board grade.

It's atleast gold cap board with the 1010 alpha there. Possible for air card (special quote) or cell grade.

IF you can cleanly and completely remove the 1010a it is 8086gold cap gold pin. And still a high value board.
I'd use a desoldering wand. Not a heat gun.
The other gold caps are not ICs and shouldn't be removed.
