This board came from an HP modular networking switch (I have about 30 of them). I'm new to scrapping and have no idea what grade these are. And is there anything I need to take apart

As is its Mid Grade, after removing aluminum and steel backing attachments now its Peripheral! hurray!

Thanks! Is the aluminum just that front piece where my hand is? I saw that it could be unscrewed. The steel plate thing on the bottom looks like it's gold plated? It's got a gold tint to it. And does the middle black piece that sticks up need to come off? Thanks for all the help!

Just remove the aluminium heatsink for peripheral
