Can you please classify this board and should I leave the gold pins on or remove them and put in with gold fingers or connectors?

I THINK you could still get peripheral since you left the pins from the modular jacks in tact.

You only removed the plastic.

That will likely go as peripheral grade. This appeared to be a modem that went into a PCI slot, but had the fingers trimmed to sell separately or to refine. In cases that I have seen, trimming fingers off fingered cards cuts into profitability for those who do not refine gold from pins and contacts.
