what is the grade of these server boards?

That board is a Telecom grade. Even though it has two small socket with gold plating the presence of ic chips on the top and bottom and those six flat backs will give it that grade.

these are two different boards. they both show their top side

Then the second picture is a peripheral. I would still consider the picture in the top as Telecom
