 Post subject: Is this a finger card

Card only has ram chips on it . can it be cut to fit a mid size flat rate box?
I think I am not identifying the chips correctly.

thanks now what if I trim it to fit in a mid size priority flat rate box . it needs to be around 2" shorter

Don't expect you'd have an issue if you cut the end off opposite the fingers (top in picture) Looks barren there. But the focus is fuzzy.
