I tend to not reply when I don't have a clue on stuff but I also try to go back through the forum when I've been away awhile and see if I can reply to some threads with 0 replies. I aim low usually if I'm on the border of a category and occasionally remind people of what's in my signature

Is this the Laptop Swiss army slot?

I don't know about that, it was one of the pci express slots. The paper cutter part didn't work on regular paper, doubtful it would even work on thin gift wrap

I didn't realize what you meant by dummy card, but I get it now. That's pretty cool even if it won't cut paper!

The M92YV brought up that it is a little tool to help with measurements and opening letters. The Dell people just trying to be helpful.
