Some are borderline but all should be ok for peripheral

That's where i put them. You can email a photo to them directly to see if they're willing to bump it up a level for you.

Thanks, the topside looks just as populated as a cell board, which is why I asked.

It is. But less populated than telco boards. What makes cell phone class boards so expensive is a 2 gold layers inside the board, silver and gold thc contacts, etc. not the ic population alone. Some camera boards on rare occasions. Especially very high end dslr and very old (early/mid 90s) digital cameras. do qualify as telco or cell phone class.

There's a long list of reasons from an old mod on the site somewhere (search) but in general for cell boards there's higher population DENSITY of higher grad equipment, gold and silver layers in the board itself, and gold flashed through hole connectors (thc) instead of copper or silver, and a tight density of ceramic monolithic capacitors (cmc/mcc).

Bottom line is the bigger the board the less likely to be cell class, (galaxy mega eu/west asian version is telco). That's value to density at work. Among other issues.
