Patent date of 78 intel. On "another board". Same Machine. The wires are silver coated copper.

The wires are probably nickel plate. Common for twist pegs.
If you pull the wires from it you'll get pin board for them.
Pull the ICs as well. You're better served as ICs and pin board vs telco with the ICs in.
