That is strange.
Yes. I uploaded the photos you posted.
Without F.R.E.D. That is High Peripheral. From my experience.
Just review the videos in the E-scrap price list.
Review Low Peripheral. And High Peripheral.
Maybe some big "reset" of the price list and evaluation parameters are coming?? Just guessing. Times they are a changing.
Here to learn like everybody else.
My evaluations are my own opinion.

Well, I'm going to lean towards this being one of them times where FRED "could" be wrong!, and agree that it should he High Peripheral.
