Based on the picture on the prices page, both of these boards, I think, are low telecom. Two part question. 1. Am I correct on the grading? 2. Can these be upgraded in any way? Thanks

You have some glass fuses to remove from board 2.
After that. Low Telecom. For both. Looks good to me. I don't any upgrade possibilities. Leave as is.
Here to learn like everybody else.
