Should be some kind of telco boards at least but:
Top two pictures (same board I assume) need to remove the RAM module; worth far more on it's own. Beyond that, two opposing corners are cropped out so not 100% sure what's there or if it matters to the grade.
Bottom picture, you'll need to remove the aluminum heatsinks. Fortunately these have plastic clips, you can either pinch the ends from the other side to push them out (may be easy or may not be) or get a pair of cutters and push on the clips from the populated side and cut the ends off the other side into a container and then pull the clips out and separate the steel spring from the plastic. Heatsinks should pop off easily (but may still need a little encouragement). Take additional pics once done.
