A, high peripheral
B, midgrade
C, thinking low grade
D, at least high peripheral (might be an argument for a Telco grade)
E, gold cap chip board
F, leaning high Telco

@marked141
just wondering., does the backside of 'C' being basically blank what makes it mid-grade? and 'D' would it help if i removed all of them yellowish-white rectangular pcs from it as they are just pinned into the main board there, would that put it telco or is the rectangular boards what is helping it right now?

Thanks for your input on these, i can finally put them somewhere other than under the workbench!

Not sure which board you're asking about when you say C since I said low grade and your asking about midgrade.

D, if you removed them you'd be losing 6-7 ICs per rectangle (which probably makes them multi carrier chips, mcc) leaving the board probably at the low end of high peripheral as there'd be a lot of empty board but some ICs and gold pins. What I'm unsure of is how much value the mcc's add. Which is why I landed at definitely good in high peripheral but probably able to get into a Telco class.

Yeah, I just realized after reading your reply that between looking at your response & typing out mine, I got B & C switched around in my head... on the other one, with the rectangle things, yeah, it's pretty much blank on the board if I remove it.
Regarding 'C', it has the transformer on it and whatever those 3 great big black boxes are along with the big blue piece, with them gone, it'd prolly still be same category cause there just isn't nothing else on the board??

thanks

Yeah, C just has a lot of heavier, lower value stuff.
