Could these be considered High Telco? Or at least a "laptop" board? They are from a Panasonic Toughbook, which is considered a laptop, but they don't bend like the video shows. What about the other board?, it's the board under the keyboard of the Toughbook. Could that be a Hi or Lo Periph? I know there aren't any chips on it, but there is a bunch of gold. As always, Thank you in advance. I appreciate the help.

There seems to be enough there on the laptop to sneak into high Telco.

Keyboard seems like high peripheral to me
