Can I simply remove the heavy items such as capacitors and other junk to make these qualify as high peripheral? I have circled everything I believe I can remove to make it a better qualifying board.

you can't make something High Peripheral if its already High Peripheral, removing those stuff will just lower your payout.

you're welcome!

there is a argument to be made about removing the RCA connectors on the top board, but with the board having gold tabbed chip I would leave the connectors alone.
