I took these out of an old computer we had in storage at work. I’m guessing scrapping them might be a bad idea. I looked on marketplace and can’t seem to find anything similar. Maybe eBay? What should I do with these?

I'm sure Austin will chime in with info on resale, which these may have value for that. If you have the computer still it may be better if you can put it back together.

As far as scrap, which is what the focus is here, the two images are a slot processor, you would need to pull the plastic housing and aluminum heatsink off for it to go as slot processor grade. The one picture would be a clean gold finger card.

Wile a agp s3 virge is cool and fun to play with, finding a buyer is hard as the card doesn't really have any real use outside the s3d api that a few games used, but the card is so slow that those games are hardly playable even with it being the fastest virge, and even over clockedto max clock speeds and a soldering more/faster vram the games still run slow. These cards were often referred to as a 3d deaccelerator because of how slow they were. It's worth more as is then as scrap but it will be sit for a very long time if you try to sell it.

A 400mhz Pii will sit for a wile too, still worth more then scrap but it will sit longer than it's worth, most people would want a Piii over a Pii. If it was a 450mhz Pii the fastest Pii I'd never try to scrap it and sell it. I agree with marked141 on what the scrap categories.

BTW if you want to sell add in/finger cards you need to keep the steel bracket and any heat sinks on them. removing ether of those will make the card sit a lot longer before they sell.
