I'm not very well versed yet in identifying peripheral from telecom, but could this potentially be a low or high telecom board?
Almost certain it would be recommended I remove the LCD display (unless there's value to it I am unaware of) but can it possibly go in with my low/mid grade boards? I am unsure how to dispose of these kinds of screens, any additional recommendation on where I can sort this would be appreciated.

Upper left and right, front and back of board with screen on.
Lower left, front of board with LCD screen removed.
Lower right, back of screen, seems like there COULD be gold fingers on this...?
