This one has me stumped. the gold tabbed chip do hicky thingy looks to be gold. what would it go as ?

Midgrade? Might be an argument for low peripheral.

I'm guessing F1 and the 3A(mp?) means it's a fuse but not sure

I was thinking fuse too but the gold on the ends is what has me confused.

F1 is a fuse. 100% sure. It's just a quality surface mount fuse. Yes. Those are gold plated end caps on the fuse. And yes. It is 3 amp rating.
I don't see me grading the board.
Here to learn like everybody else.
