Gonna need to disassemble it. Could be some wire wrap pin boards there, though the population seems a little low. If the wires aren't pin to pin trim the wires off. Depending on what it is the wires may be more than just insulated copper.

Is that what I think it is?
A test jig from an automatic board tester. Zhentel??
Do you got the whole machine also. Or just a bunch of jigs?
Each jig was custom made to a particular PCB you wanted to test.
Every pin is spring loaded. Separate the metal from the gold. You got some nice gold pins.

Pulling the pins may or may not be the best idea, I still recommend disassembling first then you can get better pictures of each board, front and back if there's population on each.

Thanks I've got probably 7 of the PCB test jigs, apparently they were used by an old payphone company. Didn't know if they were worth anything. Thanks again
