Can you tell me what these are and how much there worth? I am new to this and do not know where or even what to look for when trying to identify what and how much they are worth. I don't even know if I am doing this right. Help a newbie out.

Some kind of wifi module? It's not the standard gold finger wifi card but maybe it can go in that category.
