In pic 1, should I separate the gold chip or send in whole board?
This is a Fiber optic laser board with laser under the cover

Top is a gold cap board. Unless it's in a socket getting the square chips off is a waste of time. Square gold caps are /almost always/ bga. Meaning little balls of gold plated AgAl2
Balls: no pins. If you remove the cpu you'll get a high grade ceramic rate most often not a gold cap rate. the fumes cause many problems to your health. It's not worth the risks for the extra 2-3 dollars. (And bs staff will tell you I'm notorious for stripping boards... there is a cutoff point price vs health)
Other two are peripheral
