could these just be lumped in with cellphone boards or where should they go?

I would shoot boardsort a private message with a link to this post and see what he says. By my eyes, there appears to be a very similar amount of gold plating on the surface as compared to a cell phone board. The question is going to be the quality and the thickness of the plating itself.
