Here are a few cards that I think might be high telco. The broken chips are because I tried to pry the heat sinks off and the black covering on top of the chip broke.

All close and borderline. The top photo pair, I don’t think it’s quite there.

The solo one though I’d say yes, just barely pushing over the line with the doubled memory and a second pu.
