i'm only planning on selling periph or better to boardsort.com. My question therefore on the brown board are those long black strips attached with pins IC chips that could be sold to boardsort.com? If i need a better pic of board let me know and tomorrow I'll take it outside and try again.

Yes. You can removed the ICs and put them in the respective category.
