I have probably 10 of these sitting on the shelf. Do they have any value and what category do they fall in?

Those cards usually go for Peripheral but you have remove the metal casing and the plastic "handle". Sometimes the cards have enough ic population to make them Telecom.

Boardsorth buys the cell phone as well but you have to remove the battery.
