I need info one these please. Shown is the battery taken from inside the device. It was a laptop battery extender and states Li-polymer. Will Boardsort purchase these?

I don't think boardsort would buy this kind of battery and it would be hard for them to do so since it is not in a case. There is the potential for chemicals leaking out and burn causing an explosion. I would recommend you to take to Radio Shack for proper disposal. You won't get paid however you don't have worry about dumping it to a landfill.
