I've got a few of these, not exactly sure what they are or what they would be considered if I were to scrap them. Any insight?

Appears to be peripheral grade. Is the border around the board on the one side brown or metal plated?

It's metal plated. Sorry, the lighting was not the best. It appears to be gold plated, but again, I'm not sure, and it's just the one side as can be seen in the pictures.
