Can someone tell me if this board can go for Telecom due to the ic chip population and the processors on the board?

That board there may have enough IC population to go as telecom. Last year, I turned in some VoIP switch cards. I had them sorted in my gold finger cards, but boardsort gave me telecom for them. It appears that card came out of a switch or VoIP phone system.
