What would these grade? The boards are from a Two Way Radio and the little ic chips are from dvd disc drives.

There are 3 ICs like in image 7990.

The boards as a whole could pass for telecom. Did you de-solder any of the components you removed from the two-way radio? The IC chips from the DVD drives are going to go as cable ends since the ribbon wire is attached. Very few people go after these due to the work involved in tearing the drive apart to retrieve one component that will have little value unless they are refining gold. A majority of scrappers just open up the DVD drive and take the controller board out and toss the rest of the drive as shred metal.

Thanks for your help. No I have not de-solder any of the components There were a few large componants that were socketed into the board that I removed though.
