The cpu is a ceramic intel pentium. Use a small flat head screwdriver under the heatsink and it will pop right off.

Hello,

scob89 got it right. That CPU is a Pentium Ceramic but the heatsink will need to be removed.

The rest of the boards are gong to be Peripheral Grade.

8642 does the ribbon between the two boards need to be removed or can that stay on just want to make sure so it is how you want it

You can leave that ribbon on there, it will not hurt the grade.
