I originally had these with my expansion boards, but w only 3 slots and the IC chips it doesn't fit.

The board on top is a motherboard. I believe it's going to be a small socket since the CPU slot doesn't appear to take a slot 1 type processor. The board on the bottom is likely to go as peripheral.
