These boards are from a old Sony Hi 8 VCR. Can i get some help in grading? They have alot of caps and some chips mainly.

They all look like peripheral grade to me, although the one on the far right in the second photo may pass for telecom given the number of IC chips on it. One of the boards looks like it has another board mounted to it with plastic mounting pegs. Can those be removed?
