well, that's one you don't see every day...

I would imagine you would get AMD Ceramic chip rate for that.

You could also try to sell it on ebay, you 'might' find a collector but chances might be slim.

They are found in two places (in general), the base station phone for early office integration phone systems, and on Meridian switch and relay boards. (On the later usually under an aluminium sink with the toughest glue ever made).
You'll likely get a dollar or two on ebay. They're uncommon but anything special to boost the price any.
