OK, not sure where this board came from. Been sitting in a drawer for about a year now and I am not even sure if I am the one that removed the BGAs. Nonetheless, they are not there now and am stuck on deciding what to do.

Images are of the front and back.

1). Leave as is and get it graded as.....?

2). Since it will be downgraded, does it make more sense now for me to just remove everything and through the remaining board in low grade.
