Looking for a little help to know how classify these.

ERPOM - clear window with the viewable gold?

IC Chips - I have what seems to be plastic and ceramic. Any difference of between the two when sending in?

Those are IC Chip category. That's how I send them in.
Upload to O.S.C.A.R. How are they evaluated?
I do believe Boardsort should expand the photographs and/or post a video to show a wider range of acceptable chips. Only to help out those new to scrapping.
As always you can email Boardsort directly for an evaluation.

General rule of thumb for the IC category acceptance. Black or colored square/rectangle, labeled "IC" or "U" on the PCB.

Has at least 6-8+ legs on 2 or more sides
Will have a tiny little dot or dimple in the corner
Sometimes called "dies" IC's chips on COF's or FFC's are accepted as IC's

Not all IC's go as IC. Some are higher value and go for a specific CPU class.
