Hello Boardsort community,

I'm new to the world of e-scrap recycling and eager to learn from those with experience in this field. Recently, I've started collecting various electronic components, including motherboards, RAM, and hard drive boards, with the intention of responsibly recycling them.

As I delve deeper, I've encountered some challenges and would appreciate guidance on the following:

Sorting Materials: What are the best practices for categorizing different types of boards and components to ensure accurate grading?

Preparing Shipments: Are there specific guidelines for packaging materials to prevent damage and facilitate efficient processing upon arrival?

Avoiding Common Mistakes: What are some common pitfalls that newcomers should be aware of to avoid issues such as downgrading or rejection of materials?

I've read through some of the forum threads and found valuable information, but I wanted to reach out directly to gather insights from experienced members. Any advice or resources you could share would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Abel Nicholas
