Im going with no.... but here's why:
Assuming it IS copper, and Assuming you were wrong and it takes 200 of these things to make a pound, instead of an ounce, AND Assuming #2 copper is $5/lb....
You just made $5 by peeling that itty bitty tape off of 200 lights.
AND Assuming you can go from original light to completed peeled copper in 15 seconds, you can probably get that pile knocked out in an hour, for... $5/hour.
It's not economically viable.
The fixtures I have found like that are generally steel, and go straight to the shred.
