I sent in a shipment and it looks like values increased since I shipped it. Will I receive the current (higher) rate once processed or do I get the original rate on the packing sheet?

You're guaranteed the rate quoted on the invoice. I am unsure if Chris has ever paid out for an increase from the time of invoice to the time material is checked. But I know the invoice in part is meant to protect the customer should prices decrease. Expect to be paid the price you were quoted though. You can call during business hours or email Chris if you want to know for sure.

I emailed Chris several days ago but have received a response.

Does anyone know definitively?

Email can be hit or miss depending on how much is going on. It's after hours in a weekend now so try calling Monday.

Chris has paid us the increased value a few times. We send him at least one box every week so he might be doing it as a way to show appreciation of our business. (Though I'm sure 1 box a week is small compared to other places like Shark Scrapper).

I always expect the regular price, and if he increases it, it's a win. i purchase peoples electronics for higher than quotes only if they are a recurring client(s), as just a show of appreciation.
