What's on the other side? I can see evidence there's some population there but not what it is.

Just curious if anyone has thoughts on the board pictures I posted. Not sure
If it it would be telecom or not. What components beside heat sink and copper
should be removed to maximize the board value. New to this so any help is
appreciated. Thanks
